My second time and it improved from last year definitely. The chicken was well fried and the pieces had the proper size. Wings and loaded fries were really good too. I tried a cherry milkshake that was delicious yet too sweet for me. They forgot the coleslaw in two of our orders but they brought it after for free.
Very delicious chicken and shakes! Real ice cream I think for the shakes. The music was all the classic oldies and the tables and spaces were clean and well taken care of. We love classic old diners and this one is a gem!
A diamond in the rough! Great halibut sandwich and a side of corn fritters. Both served quickly and hot. Couldn’t ask for more.
I highly recommend stopping here to eat. The food was excellent, the malts fantastic. The service was great and the atmosphere was awesome.
The chicken burger was really good. Loved the flavors of the fried chicken. The fries were strictly ok. The ambience is good a d so is the service. Definitely a good visit for fried chicken sandwich. Parking is easy.
Lucky Wishbone is a golden Anchorage treasure and a must do, whenever you are in Anchorage. The food is top notch but I adore their butterscotch shakes!
This place is soooo yummy! Amazing milkshakes, fried chicken and much much more! Call when you get in the drive thru and it will be ready when you pick up. You can also order a 30 piece chicken meal if you have a group to feed. Great Anchorage gem!
I ordered ahead just an order of gizzards so I went to have a drink next door until my order was ready. Very good care there. My order was still hot and was able to pick up inside no problem.
They've got the best salmon chowder in anchorage. Plus the best chicken going always friendly service
